Based on the continued PG&E planned outages for October 10, the following Health Care Services Agency locations are closed:
- Eastmont Town Center, 7200 Bancroft Ave, Oakland
- Creekside, 500 Davis Street, San Leandro
- Creekside, 1000 San Leandro Blvd, San Leandro
- Creekside, 1100 San Leandro Blvd, San Leandro
Eastmont WIC (Women, Infants and Children) Clinic
During the power outage clients may call 510-595-6400 to reschedule their appointment. Eastmont clients can receive their WIC card and benefits at the following alternate locations:
- 3600 Telegraph Avenue, Oakland
- 24085 Amador St., Suite 100, Hayward
- 39155 Liberty St., Suite D430, Fremont
For Behavioral Health Services
No new referrals will be received at the following locations during the power outage:
- BACS Woodroe House, 22505 Woodroe Ave, Hayward
- Telecare Gladman, 2633 East 27th Street, Oakland
