This 382-page study, also known as the Huskey Report, highlights the many strengths of the current juvenile justice system. The study also identified existing gaps and ways in which the system can be strengthened. These are proposed in order to position the juvenile justice system to meet the challenges facing Alameda County's juvenile justice service delivery system.
