The Women's Hall of Fame recognizes outstanding women for their achievements and contributions to the Alameda County community and its residents. The Women's Hall of Fame honors women in 13 different categories at an annual luncheon and awards ceremony. Through this event, the Women’s Hall of Fame generates funds to support the Mary V. King "Leading the Way" Youth Scholarship Fund and local community-based organizations that help women and families in Alameda County.
Sponsors include businesses, organizations and individuals whose support allows the Women’s Hall of Fame to help a growing list of community partners serving women, youth and families. The generosity of our sponsors also has enabled us to establish the Mary V. King "Leading the Way" Youth Scholarship Fund to recognize youth for their extraordinary community service and leadership.
The Women’s Hall of Fame hosts networking events bi-annually for alumni to reconnect, build bridges and celebrate the collective achievements of the honorees.
